Have you ever question the meaning behind that phrase?
It sounds…….easily digestible. Three words. All of them being tiny.
God. is. Good. Some of us hear frequently, others, not so much. And though my experience with it does seem to imply it has a bit of stopping power to it, it doesn’t seem to illicit a quick chat with a stranger. It isn’t like Bless You after a sneeze.
What are the frequent interpretations?
God is good. Ok…..
God is good. …….
God is good. …………
All three have their merits, I suppose, but I also considered the fourth option:
God is Good. ………..
I guess all that we can really know is that God is Good is inadequate to how Good is God.
